Badlands Basketball travel teams shine in tournament play
The U13 and the U17 played in their first tournaments of the year last weekend in Calgary. Chad Pidhaichuk of Badlands Basketball said both teams made an impression on the court.
At least one die-hard fan in the valley was happy when Canada’s last remaining team in the Stanley Cup playoffs was knocked out, when the Philadelphia Flyers beat the Montreal Canadiens on May 24.
