Jack Ingles
October 31, 1932 - August 9, 2024
Mr. Jack Ingles Morrison of Delia, beloved husband of Joan Morrison passed away peacefully on August 9, 2024, at the Drumheller Health Centre at the age of 91 years.
Jack was born October 31, 1932, at Drumheller. He grew up on the family farm, after graduation from S.A.I.T. he moved to Kenora, Ontario for approximately 8 years where he met his wife of 67 years, Joan. Jack and Joan moved back to Alberta in 1961 to farm the original homestead and start his aircraft maintenance business. Farming,
aircraft maintenance, and family were his passions in life. He also loved their trip to England, Scotland and travelling to Arizona and Nevada in the winter. Jack
enjoyed curling and attending numerous Briars across Canada with his family.
Jack was predeceased by his parents French and Lily, brothers Harry, Mike and twin sister Joyce.
He leaves to mourn his loving wife Joan, two daughters Peggy Jane (Norm) and Mary-Anne (Frank), grandchildren Charlene, Alex, Jack, Crystal, great grandchildren Lucas, Isabella, Logan, and his little puppy Bandit.
A Memorial Luncheon will be held for Jack Friday, August 16, 2024, at 12:00 P.M. at the Delia Senior’s Drop In Centre (Main Street, Delia, Alberta). Jack will be laid to rest at the Delia Cemetery in a private interment service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
