In a heated race that came down to just 72 votes Terry Yemen, has won the seat as Mayor of Drumheller.
In a strong voter turn out with 2,471 residents casting a vote for mayor, Yemen captured 1,276 votes, 51 per cent of the votes over Tara Semchuk’s 49 per cent. Going in, Yemen felt strong support and acknowledges Semchuk ran a strong campaign.

Village of Munson
Steve Hayes, Scott Dudley, and Kerry McLellan took the three seats in Munson. There were four nominees.
Village of Morrin
lloyd Hodge, Suzanne Lacher, and Tyler Key won the three seats in Morrin, out of seven potential candidates.
The unofficial count is in, and Drumheller has elected Terry Yemen for Mayor of Drumheller after a neck-to-neck race for the seat. A recount will be called.
