After twelve days of riding, a Delia woman has ended her fight against childhood cancer by dipping her wheels in the Atlantic ocean after cycling across Canada.
While storm clouds threatened to wash the whole project away before it had barely begun, the Morrin Sod House is approaching completion.
A regular old fashioned work bee took place in Morrin on Monday, July 6, as the construction of the Morrin Sod House began.
Friday July 17th, 2009 at around 7:30pm, the Drumheller EMS and Drumheller Fire Department responded to a single vehicle accident where a motorcyclist was travelling southbound up the south hill and aparently lost control of the motorcycle. The driver and passenger were transported to the Drumheller Hospital by ambulance.
The injuries of the driver and passenger are unknown at this time. The roads were dry at the time of the accident.
