Soccer season is kicking off for the Drumheller Adult Co-ed Recreational Soccer League.
Last week it held registration, and it looks like it will be a successful second season.
The league was introduced last season with four teams, playing eight a side. Depending on registration, they would like to add more teams or push to a full 11-player field.
This year they will be playing in a 10 game season with one game a week. Games are typically on Tuesday or Thursday evening. The season runs from April 28 to the week of July 25.
The league is open to all experience levels and fitness levels. More than being overly competitive, it is an evening of fun and exercise. This year this year the age has been opened up to players older than 15 as of December 31, 2015.
