A Drumheller woman charged with defamatory libel has elected to have a judge and jury hear her case moving forward.
Cynthia Karen McKinnon appeared in person in provincial court in Drumheller on Friday, August 26 for election. She chose to have her court case heard in a court of Queen’s Bench with a judge and jury.
A special court date has been set for March 12 and 13 for a preliminary hearing.
