Who Are You? Tammy Jacobson

What do you like about your job? Working with seniors. They have great stories and it’s easy to keep them smiling.
Dreams or goals. My dream just came true. I always wanted to have my horses in my back yard, and now I do.
How long have you been in Drumheller? Returned nine years ago, the valley has a way of pulling you back.
What are you hobbies? Horses and anything to do with animals.
Pick a favourite band? System of a Down.
At a System of a Down concert, are you on stage, in the crowd or a roadie? On stage.
Your favourite book? Precious Angels.
Favourite Movie? Legend, Old Yeller.
If you were stranded on a desert island, what would you bring? A Swiss Army Knife and a good ol’ Bic lighter. You can do anything with them.
If you could have dinner with anyone alive or dead, who would it be? My grandmother, I miss her terribly.
What would you serve? Roast with Yorkshire Pudding.
If you had a time machine, when and where would you go? I would go back five years with the knowledge that I have today, and change what I can.
If I had a million dollars… I’d buy a new truck and farm, and have a good party.

Deams or goals. I am living a dream as an officer in The Salvation Army.
How long have you been in Drumheller? Since July 3rd, 2009.
Where are you from? London Ontario.
What are you hobbies? I love to read, play guitar, witness lives become changed by God. I like movies, meeting people, making friends.
A tour of your iPod would reveal? I have a wide range, from Celtic to hard rock.
What do you like about your career? It is more than a job, it is a covenant.
Your favourite book? I have many: Pilgrims Progress by John Bunyan & The Inheritence Cycle by Christopher Paolini.
Favourite Movie? Conspiracy Theory.
If you were stranded on a desert Island, what would you bring? My wife (she could get us off the island, but until then...).
If you could have dinner with anyone alive or dead, who would it be? William Booth, founder of The Salvation Army.
If you had a time machine, when and where would you go? Back to the first time I met my wife Rachel.
If I had a million dollars…I hope I would be able to invest it into something good, and not all for myself.

What are you hobbies? Computers, music and travelling.

What do you like about your career? It is challenging, always learning something new and I get to play with neat gadgets.
Your favourite book? Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance.
What’s your favourite band? Say What.
If you had a time machine, when and where would you go? Six days ahead to get lottery numbers.
If you could have dinner with anyone alive or dead, who would it be? Albert Einstein, that would be great conversation.
What would you serve? Tuscan style lasagna.
If I had a million dollars… I’d still do everything pretty much the same, maybe expand the business and travel more.
