Who are you? Fanny Ramsley

Age: A lady never tells.
Employer: Self employed or entrepreneur.
Occupation: Personal Services Industry, Hospitality, Hostess, Purveyor of Services, Care Giver, Relaxation Therapist.
How long have you lived in the valley? Since 1918.
Where are you from originally? Chicago, Illinois in the United States of America.
Anything you would change? I’d move that Mary Roper out of the area and out of my business district.
Top travel destinations? Europe. We got many men that talk about them beautiful places they’re from.  New Orleans too.     
What three words would you use to describe yourself? Compassionate, professional, and, most importantly, confidential.
How are you active in the community? There are many activities in the community that are linked to my participation, but I keep most of my activity on the outskirts of the community.  Seriously, doll? You don’t really need to ask!
Choose one thing to eat for the rest of your life: Fried chicken.
Most memorable childhood toy: A doll my mama made for me.  I would dress her up fancy and think of all the wonderful places she would go.  
If you were making a movie about your life, who would you want to play the part of you? I think that Ms. Joan Crawford could do a mighty fine job or maybe Gloria Swanson.  They are great actresses. Quite fabulous!  
Favourite songs: I like all music that puts a hum in your heart and makes you get up and move! I am also fond a' singing Find Out What They Like.
What would be your theme song? There is a song from Eddie Canton, Makin’ Whoopie.
Favourite games: 5 Card Stud, Liars Dice, and Smear.
What is the one piece of technology that you could not live without?  Phonograph.
Any words of wisdom?  “If you’re broke get a grip on yourself!” and “It ain’t pretty being easy.”


Who are you? Brad Bancescu

Age: 31.
Employer: Adam’s Industrial Supplies.
Occupation: Parts clerk.
What do you like most about your job? There’s always something new everyday.
Dream job? Owner of a comic book store.
How long have you lived in the area? Six years.
Where are you from originally? Wood Mountain, Saskatchewan.
What do you like most about living here? Warmer winters than Saskatchewan.
What are some of your top travel destinations? Costa Rica, we’ve been there and want to go back. We’re going to Europe camping this summer for a month. I want to go to Scotland, Ireland, and England.
If you could travel through time, when and where would you like to visit? To the future when they have hovercars.
What three things would you bring to a deserted island? I would bring a deck of cards, a knife, and my wife Jen.
If you could hang out with anyone, who would it be? Kurt Cobain and we would socialize and talk about music.
Choose one thing to eat for the rest of your life? The first thing that pops into mind are Skittles. I would say the pork tenderloin from the Maple Leaf in Banff.
What is your most memorable childhood toy? A toboggan that looked like a ski-doo. We used to take it down the road and almost get hit by cars.
Favourite movies? Anything by Quentin Tarantino, the original Star Wars trilogy, and Footloose.
What song would you like played whenever you entered a room? The Superman theme song.
If you had your own band, what instrument would you play? Drums.
Favourite games? The Final Fantasy series, Metal Gear, and cribbage.
What is one piece of technology you could not live without? TV.
Favourite sports? Baseball, volleyball, and bowling.
What superpower would you want? Super strength.
Any words of wisdom? When you have a flat tire, remember the donkey kick.

Who are you? Heather Little

Age: 29.
Employer: Town of Drumheller.
Occupation: Marketing and Events Officer for the Badlands Community Facility.
What do you like most about your job? I like that it’s diverse and I get to do a little bit of everything.
Dream job? I really like working with tourism, events, and marketing, so I’m pretty close.
How long have you lived in the valley? Since 1990.
What do you like most about living here? The uniqueness. I see a lot of opportunities here.
What are some of your top travel destinations? Scotland, I would definitely go back. I would love to go somewhere warm, like Turks and Caicos.
What do you like to do while on vacation? A little bit of everything. If it was somewhere unique I’d see the sights or go to events and festivals.
If you could travel through time when and where would you like to visit? I would go back to the '50s and go to a sock hop.
What three words would you use to describe yourself? Friendly, energetic, hard working.
What is your most memorable childhood toy? LEGO. We had a girls set. There was a little cafe, another set that had a beach, and then there was a ranch too.
What is one piece of technology you couldn’t live without? My cellphone, because it encompasses everything.
Favourite movies? Princess Bride, While You Were Sleeping, and Love Actually.
What’s on your playlist these days? Everything from oldies to country, from rock to dance.
What are some songs you’d like to do at karaoke? How Sweet It  Is.
Favourite books? I’m reading the Outlander series and Game of Thrones.
Favourite sports? I love watching hockey and the Roughriders. I play volleyball, curling, and slow pitch.
Skiing or snowboarding? Currently I’m snowboarding, but I’d love to pull my skis out.
